Overview

Turn a one-page export into a site that can add pages without a designer, and make sure the tools people now ask for a therapist can find her.

The About Dr. Domingues section and her areas of expertise

01

The situation

Dr. Janine Domingues gets quoted by NBC, NPR, and The Washington Post on kids’ mental health. Her new practice site came out of Claude Design as one file, every color and font and image baked in. It looked right on day one.

Add a second page, though, and you’d be copying the whole thing and hoping the greens matched. A poster with a phone number on it.

02

What we set up

Every value got pried out into a token file and a short design guide with one rule at the top: never hardcode a color, a font, or a shadow. A new page links 2 stylesheets and it’s on brand. The 2 licensed typefaces moved into their own file, which took a real chunk of weight off the page.

Then the part a practice site usually skips. Structured data tells search engines who she is, what she treats, and the 3 questions families ask most. A plain-text file at the site root tells AI assistants the same thing in the words they’d need to recommend her, because that’s how people ask for a therapist now.

Launch setup covered the rest: privacy page, 404, sitemap, Search Console, and analytics with a written rule keeping it off any page that touches health information.

03

Where it landed

A site that’s live at collaborativegrowthpsych.com and can take its second page without a designer. Dr. Domingues didn’t need to know which tool did what. She needed a site families and search engines could trust, and whatever page comes next, the greens will match.
